- ALAMEDA COUNTY REENTRY INITIAVES FORUM The Community Reentry Service Providers Network (CRSPN), the Oakland Think Tank (OTT) and Urban Strategies Council are hosting the Alameda County Reentry Initiatives Forum. The purpose of the forum is to increase understanding of new and continuing initiatives on reentry of the formerly incarcerated to help participants better align and coordinate their programs and services with new and continuing reentry initiatives.
The event is open to the public. Public agency staff, service providers, faith and community-based organizations and other interested parties are welcome to attend.
